Buddhist Monks Chanting in Monastery Near Big Stupa in Boudhanath, Nepal

Have you ever wonder how a Buddhist monastery looks like? Take a look at this amazing video of some Buddhist Monks chanting sutras at the Tharlam Monastery in Boudhanath, Kathmandu, Nepal near the famous Great Stupa. The vibrations are really powerful.

I shot this video in September 2011 while I was staying in Boudhanath, Kathmandu. A beautiful and powerful place surrounded by many Buddhist monasteries

I had already visited Nepal before, about 6 years ago. It's amazing how time flies! it still feels like yesterday. I stayed then at the Kopan Buddhist Monastery for the famous one month course which is given once a year in November.
